1:why when on my honda 110 when i up shift it ackts like it down shifts?

what is the gear pattern of this atc.

and also it is a 1984 Honda atc 110

  1. Most Honda 110's are all down with neutral at the top, not 1 down and four up like most conventional bikes.

    eg you push down to go up a gear, rather than push down for first, then pull up for each other gear.


  2. it might be getting ready for the top end to blow so check it out with a mechanic

  3. all automatic clutch Honda's in 1984 and older are like yours. in 1985 they changed it to go up on the shifter and it will go up a gear. this goes for the 70, 110, 125M, 200S, big red, and 200M.

    so your bike is fine and remember 3 wheelers rule.
