Question:

2 1/2 Briggs......doesn't run smoothly....surges...

Briggs and Stratton mower engine

Cleaned carb and changed air filter has frest gas. Starts fine. Runs good until warm then there is a '' surge, slow down, surge, slow down at all speeds. Can't adjust it out.
