I am replacing blank with x

=> 2/3% of x = 33.3

=> 0.666% of x = 33.3

as % means divided by 100

=> 0.666/100 x = 33.3

=> x = 33.3 * 100/0.666

=> x = 3330/0.666

=> x = 5000

If you have 0.666/100 = x/5000

cross multpily  .666(5000) = 100x

3330 = 100x

x=33.3
