2.4 Ghz Phone?

Hi,

I am looking for a 2.4 Ghz phone but I ABSOLUTELY need to be able to change the channel the phone is using MANUALLY. Not automatic scan but literally press the channel button and it goes from channel 1 to 2 and so on.

Does anyone have any phone or know or any phone that does this?

Please list the brand and model or model number.

cordless phones that have DSS or FHSS change channels constantly while on the call, this is why modern cordless phones do not have a channel button. the phone is constantly searching for the best signal back to the base and changing... any phone that has a channel button is out dated, and worthless...

if you are having interference from wifi, or other electronic devices in your home, move the phone and base away from the microwave, and any other devices that emit a radio signal, you can also change the channel that your wifi operates by logging into http://192.168.1.1 and using the default password for your router.. normally admin/password

Selecting the channel is not a user's option.

However, any cordless phone channel can be manually selected by using what they called TEST mode. The manufacturer used this mode to set the frequency tolerance and the other RF parameters. But every phone models haved ifferent test mode methods. The authorized service center should know how to do it. You may need to talk to them why you want to select the channel.
