Question:

2.4km run in 2 weeks?

I'm need to do a 2.4km run in less than 12 minutes in 2 weeks. I'm confident I can do it, but I really want to smash it! I plan on running 2-3 times a day everyday until the test. Will running this much between now and then actually assist me or ware me out?

  1. 1 1/2 miles in 12 minutes? Thats pretty fast. Good Luck.

    You'll be able to do it, but you need to run around 12 k an hour pace, which is pretty fast. Unless you are quite fit already then I wouldnt try to push too hard in the 2 weeks or you might do yourself an injury and ruin your legs.


  2. are you serious? it will wear you out b/c you won't be giving your muscles time to recover. make sure you are getting protein and nutrients.

    I would run like 3 days in a row, then a day off. Good luck
