2-5 inch hair straightning? male---?

hi there im 14 boy, and id really to see my hair a bit long, but its quite curly, whats the best way to straighten it (everyday basis)

and what do you think about ceramic straightners? are they good for everyday stuff?

I would use a 100% Ceramic Flat Iron. And make sure it is 100% Ceramic and it is not only a coating. I would also recommend a heat protection serum to put on before you use the flat iron, to protect your hair from any damage. (Go to a salon and ask what would be best for your hair.) And remember not to wash your hair EVERYDAY when you use a Flat Iron so you can keep the style for longer. (Wash it every other day, unless your hair is really greasy.) And prepare to spend quite a bit of money for a quality Flat Iron that won't kill your hair.

go for GHDs they are better and last longer!

i straighten my hair and its like 2-3 inches long not really sure but be prepared to burn yourself more often because its so close to the scalp and so short!

If you want to grow your hair long, try not to use straighteners every day because lots of heat will really affect the condition of your hair and it will end up looking frizzy and awful. Long hair takes a lot of looking after to keep it looking nice. You ned to invest in some good deep conditioning products and some heat protection serum or spray. Your best bet is to go to a good salon and ask their advice on the best products for your hair type. Most good salons will not charge for a consultation like this.

i like curly hair :) but at the mall there are these straighteners that are like a centimeter wide and can straighten or curl but it would probably work really well on short hair
