2 Easy Yu-Gi-Oh! questions?

1.My friend has God cards in his deck (the ones with no effect) and those cards illegal. I don't care if he uses them but they have 4000 atk. Level 7 and up only require 2 tributes, and that's just outrageous for a 4000 atk monster. Do you think I should tell him he has to use 3 tributes for them?

2. I wanna get Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2008 (DS)

If I buy a new sealed one right now will I get all 3 promo cards that come with it?

god cards are banned but he should tribute 3 monsters

god cards have official effects. in yugioh nightmare troubadour for ds they tell u the effects

tell him to not use the god cards but if ur a good friend then just say  fine you can use them but only with three tributes

and the ds game is awasome i still cant beat the last world thogh and yes you get deep diver dimensional prison and burden of the mighty

For starters, The God cards and the Wicked God cards require 3 tributes to summon them, regardless if they don't state their effects.

Secondly, their effects are known, in the DS games Nightmare Troubadour, Spirit Caller, WC2007 and WC2008.

All 3 of them cannot be targeted by spell, trap and monster effects that target them and are sent to the graveyard at the end of the turn they are special summoned.

1) Because the God cards are not legal and technically do not have effects, for fun, you can actually give it any effect that you want, so yes you could have him require three tributes.

2) Yes, as long as you get a new sealed game, it should always come with them.

well actually the rules for god cards are slightly different you in fact must tribute 3 monsters no questions about that and theres no way around that.

in addition there un effected by spells traps and monster effects that target them so if you play dark hole or lighting vortex there still gone or if you play draing sheild you still gain life same with magic cylinder only they take the 4000 atk.

now the second question if you buy a sealed game thats still in the plastic never before opened you will still get the promo cards.
