2 Knots in both of my nipples and im a guy whos 13 milk comes out any ideas?

Its not alot of fluid that comes out, i went to the doctor about one of the knots and they said it was puperty but no xrays. I got another one that came and it feels like the first one but its like the first one isnt attached to my nipple anymore and milk doesnt come out of the first one any ideas?

Well, if the doctor told you that it was puberty, just go with that OR get a second opinion....personally ive never heard of it before though.

it is puberty it is not milk guys don't have milk  it is puss ..

my advice is to leave it alone or it might get infected

Congratulations! You are lactating, and well on your way to becoming a man! You could be a wet nurse and donate milk..good extra money too.

a guy i know can make milk come out his nipples too and he is perfectly normal
