The "Cow-Bell-Man" is at virtually all Mets' home games, I've even seen him in Philadelphia at the Vet and at Citizens Bank Park when the Mets are there.

He's just a fan who likes baseball, and especially the Mets.

I've talked to this guy numerous times over the years. I saw him somewhere else too, I think it may have been Baltimore during an Interleague Game a while back.

My favorite stadium food is french fries.

nah he is an employee cuz every single stadium i see a cow belle man, so yeah i guess they are employees

2- i guess a hot dog, a burger, but most of all, COTTON CANDY

they aren't employees of the team.  almost every team has at least one fan that has something like that.  for the Rangers its a guy that bangs on a drum.  most of them are just normal fans who have season tickets and bring something like that to the games.  my favorite food is a tie between the ice cream sandwiches at The Ballpark in Arlington and the barbeque sandwiches at the Nationals stadium.
