2-Part Rock Band Question?

I bought the Rock Band bundle when it came out, and with Guitar Hero World Tour coming out I want to buy that and trade in Rock Band. I am waiting to trade in the drums, but I have three guitars so I am planning on trading in my Fender (GH3 Les Paul is better in my opinion) My first question is will gamestop accept used guitars, drums, mics, etc. My second question is this: my Fender, when picked up and moved has something in it that makes a rattling noise. However, it always works. My friend has the PS2 version of the game (I have 360) and his Fender rattles as well but works. Will they accept the Fender even if it rattles? Thanks.

part 2 i think they will as long as it aint broke and it still works

Gamestop will not take back drums, Last year I went to trade mine in when I found ut how terrible it was, and all I could trade in was my guitar, mic, and the game. The drums I had to sell for 25 bucks on e bay.
