Could you just download your music for the nokia 5610? or do you have to buy it. and also what phone would you prefer from tmobile except for sidekicks, because those stinkk, ive owned them.:l

You can copy your music collection from PC to the phone using the Nokia PC Suite's Music Manager.

How you get that music on your PC is your [legal] problem :)
