  1. You can use elixer potions to replenish his PP.

Here are the elite 4's Pokemon:

    First: Sidney

    Type: Dark

    Pokemon:

    Mightyena lvl 46

    Shiftry lvl 48

    Cacturne lvl 46

    Sharpedo lvl 48

    Absol lvl 49

    Second: Phoebe

    Type: Ghost

    Pokemon:

    Dusclops lvl 48

    Banette lvl 49

    Sableye lvl 50

    Banette lvl 49

    Dusclops lvl 51

Ghost Pokemon could cause you some problem. Unlike in R/B/Y where they have poison as their second type, ground move won't work that effectively anymore. Send your strongest Pokemon to win this battle. Otherwise use psychic except for battle against Sableye which is part Dark. Head for the next room for the next battle.

    Third: Glacia

    Type: Ice

    Pokemon:

    Glalie lvl 50

    Sealo lvl 50

    Glalie lvl 52

    Sealo lvl 52

    Walrein lvl 53

Get those Fire and Electric Pokemon for this match. Use a Fire Pokemon to beat both Glalie, as for Sealo and Walrein, send an electric Pokemon that can finish them in one hit, or else you'll be in trouble when they attack with their ice move. send out an Electric Pokemon against the Sealo family, but make sure you finish the job in one turn before they can use Ice beam on you. Head for the next room for the next battle.

    Fourth: Drake

    Type: Dragon

    Pokemon:

    Shelgon  lvl 52

    Altaria  lvl 54

    Flygon   lvl 53

    Flygon   lvl 53

    Salamence lvl 55

If you are playing Sapphire and have captured Kyogre, this battle should be a breeze. Use an Ice move to defeat all the Dragon Pokemon and soon you'll be on your way to fight the Champ.

Now, it's time to battle Daigo the Pokemon champ. You have met him throughout your journey, and it's time to battle him.

    Champ: Steven

    Type: Steel, Ground

    Pokemon

    Skarmory lvl 57

    Aggron lvl 56

    Claydoll lvl 55

    Cradily lvl 56

    Armaldo lvl 56

    Metagross lvl 58

Fire would be extremely useful in dealing with Metagross and Skarmory. For Agrron and Armaldo, use a fighting Pokemon like Hariyama. Use a Water Pokemon for Claydol. As for Lileep use an Ice Pokemon to finish it.

  2. look at the link below it will tell you serebii is a really good pokemon website

  3. blaziken will take out almost every pokemon as you know, use him on the first of the elite 4 mightyena (dark) , shiftry (grass), cacturn grass, sharpedo (dark), absol (dark)... aka teach your blaziken double kick for the dark types instead of i would say overheat... you have two fire moves and that one is strong but blaze kick is amazing at your level,

my advise would be to get a strong normal type and teach it the move shadow ball for the second of the elite 4, she has 2 dusclops (ghost) 2 bannetes (ghost) and a sableye (ghost and dark) sableye has nothing that is super effective against it. using a strong normal type will take the least damage of every attack she could throw at you wich includes earthquake which could hurt blaziken pretty badle even though it is at a higher level

3rd in the elite 4 i would reccommend a good electric type or raising your gardevoir more so it can take some hits. she is an ice user but half of her pokemon are water as well... they will be able to take some hits from gardevoir but hopefully your gardevoir has a strong special def stat. for the ice only pokemon use blaziken.  she has, 2 glalies (ice) 2 sealeo (ice water) and a walrein (ice water) the sealeo and walrein have a lot of health comparitively to other water like pokemon so it might take a few hits if you choose to stay with gardevoir

last in the elite 4 is as usual the dragon type master, i would try and teach your azumarril ice beam or blizzard, if you cant go catch yourself a sealeo of your own. ice will destroy his pokemon and will make the battle last just 6 hits. if not your ludiculo should be raised a lot so it can use its icebeam as a first attack. he has, 2 flygon (dragon ground) a shelgon (dragon) an altaria (dragon flying) and a salamence (dragon flying) ice will crush him no pronblem.

and finally the champion... he has a team that is hard to defeat with just one strong pokemon. he is the owner of a skarmory (steel flying) claydol, aggron (steel rock), cradily (rock grass) armaldo (rock bug), and metagross (steel psychic)

if you teach your blaziken double kick again like i mentioned before, you will be able to take out most of these easily. a mixture of fire and fighting attacks is what you want against this champion. which is why you made the right choice schoosing torchic in the beggining. he is setup to be able to take on most of the game by himself... i hope this helped let me know if you have any questions
