  1. 1. well if your left handed start with your right foot then your left and then with both jump up. and vice-verca.

    2. i hate when that happens... sometimes in my free time i just hang out with that person and play one-on-one with them and it helps most of the time.!

    i hope i helped.!

  2. I know what it feels like, i am a swing player (i play both varsity and jv because of a shortage of players) and our jv stinks soooooooo bad! i just deal with it and look forward to my varsity game. Ask your coach for more practices. Practice is the only way! Encourage your teamates and urge them to practice at home too.

Jumproping is a great way to strengthen your muscles. Here is a website with a bunch of little exercises that can improve your vertical. This site is supposed to be 4 basketball players, but it should work for vb players too!

  3. 1. bend your knees and bring your arms back very far, and then spring up really high using your arms to help.  Doing this a lot will help your form and height.  Also, you could wear ankle weights during practice sometimes.  Just don't do it too much or you'll be too sore for a game or you can mess up your ankles more.

    2. if it's a school team, it's perfect for practicing your jumping and stuff.  There's also usually club teams in the area.  They are usually a higher level of play and have different age groups that you can move up into.

  4. squats, go to a new team.

  5. for the vertical do squats and wall sits, fast feet under a net it will help build muscle where you need it to have a higher jump!!! second of all..... dont bagg on your teamates. not everyone is good at everything just give them a chance because im sure thats how you were at one point. maybe instead of talking about how bad they are you could coach them and give them a few pointers. help them get better at their weaknesses and you'd be a great team but it just takes teamwork and positivity!!!! so work out to improve your vertical and talk to your teamates and try to help them.   GooD LucK ")))
