  1. I bet it would be determined equally both cars' faults. Neither of the cars were looking where they were going, and each car owner will most likely have to fix their own damages.


  2. unless there's some special law covering that situation in your locality, both drivers are at fault & neither responsible for damage to the other vehicle.
