  1. Burepees

  2. PRACTICE DEEEEEP BREATHING EXERCISES. THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU(THE EXTRA OXYGEN TO YOUR BRAIN HELPING YOU THINK MORE CLEARLY),  AND HELP YOU FOCUS ON SOMETHING ELSE SO THAT YOU WON'T BE TOO NERVOUS, ESPECIALLY AS YOU'RE WALKING UP TO THE RING. BREATHE SLOWLY AND DEEPLY THROUGH YOUR NOSE, EXPANDING YOUR CHEST AND RIB CAGE UNTIL YOU CAN'T TAKE IN ANY MORE AIR, THEN LET OUT SLOWLY. PLEASE TRY IT, IT WILL HELP YOU!

  3. lots of situps, you wont get tired

  4. Visualization exercises while light shadowboxing.

Close your eyes. Imagine all the techniques you have learned. Execute it, hitting an imaginary opponent.

Keep it light. Don't over exert. This really works and calms the nerves. It will make you feel confident because you know that you have mastered all the tools you need to win the fight.

    Good Luck!

  5. have s*x dude. lol

  6. If you've trained up to it, I don't think you have to do anything. Carb up right after weigh in, and like a distance runner, you should be ready to go.
