  1. Yes they are legal tender.  Sometimes places end up with a lot of two dollar bills for some reason, and so they use them like any other bill.

  2. Two-dollar bills are highly uncommon, but they're still circulation legal tender.

  3. 1. US printing offis made 1,491,099,638$ werth av 2$ Jefferson dollars that is stil in "circulation" bi ofishal guvt rules

(em subtrakt bills em no was terned in tu be berned.)

  4. i save $2 bills. they r real, they have been in circulation for decades.  they bring good luck.

  5. keep thim and try a colection.

  6. Not rare. Do you live near a horse racetrack? They usually give these out on bets. They are not counterfeit.

  7. Why would anyone counterfeit $2 bills (which are rare enough that a good deal of people will naturally be suspicious of them)? I would counterfiet $100s and $20s personally. $2 bills are legal tender, so yes any business will use them (not just restaurants.)

  8. Save them.

You can buy a pen that shows counterfeit bills.
