2 gig vs. 4 gig?

Ok, so I'm probably getting a camera with 8 megapixels but I'm debating whether or not to get a 2 gig memory thing or a 4 gig. How many pictures does each hold?

about 1000 for the 2gig and 2000 for the 4gig

It depends on the camera, 2GB could be around 1000 pictures.  How many pictures a day do you plan on shooting?

get the four gig.  its only like 6 bucks more

you'l be fine with 2gb an its cheaper

i think, this is a guess, but i think it holds between 600 an 700 pic so not too bad tbh

but if theres not much price difference get 4gb
