okay, so.... my dad is building a 57 chevy truck and i wanna tell someone about it. do i just tell them that he is building a 57 chevy truck? or are there different kinds? help please! i don't wanna sound stupid explaining this. thank you a lot!!!! =) can you list some different kinds if therere any?

if you told me about your dad i would ask what model he is restoring, but dont feel dumb i would be more interested in seeing the truck and meet your dad and ask him what plans he has for restoration of the truck. he would really appreciate you mentioning it 2 your friends because your proud of him. when i was 12 my friends dad was working on a model t ford. i asked 2 see it and ended up with a little grease on my hands helping him out. he also got me interested in cars and i stayed out of trouble. good luck mike

Yes there is step sides , short wide , long wide. long narrow

(Rare) four wheel drive , two wheel drive , style side. 1/4 ton ,1/2 ton,1 ton , extra cab and crew cab. I do not remember if they had them in 57 though
