    More water, more of the 'right' calories.

    The 'number' u request depends on age and metabolism.

    Do it right.  Ideally two pounds wkly is what the doc orders.

    Otherwise, it returns quickly.  Develop good habits that

    YOU CAN LIVE WITH.

  5. You shouldn't decrease your calories so dramatically. Maybe start at 1800 and then work down to 1500 you really should get much lower than that. if 2 hours is realistic for you then on but if you are doing a lot of cardio in the two hours then you really should raise your calorie intake. I don't know how old you are or anything so it is kind of hard to know how much you should be eating because your body could still be growing...but here is something for you to think about:

    1 pound = 3500 calories

    burn or cut out and extra 500 calories a day and you can burn 1 pound in a week.

  6. That is the wrost thing to do for you, never cut calories like that.  If you are going to work out that much your body needs calories to use.  if you cut them your body will be missing key vitamins in your diet and will not be able to work properly.  Eat at least 1,900
