2 job contracts ?

Question

say i live in Germany, I sign a job contract in the Netherlands where the first company is based - the job is to sell in Germany where i live.

Later I sign another contract with a local German company to sell something else (no competition) in Germany as well. For both companies i am home-based so those are quite independent sales positions with no daily suprevision.

I presume it is not legal, but how risky is that game (job contracts are from companies based in different countries so it is unlikely they will find out I guess) ?

Do not worry. A man can manage several types and several same type of merchandice selling business imported from various countries of the world. And every human is legally eligible for this. Do your business in your own way. There is noting illegal in this.
