2 more days and idk wat 2 do?

Me and this girl i like have ben talking this whole summer and I'm not sure if she likes me cuz she doesn't have a bf and we do talk a lot when we get the chance. I'm still not sure whether i should wait until at least the 3rd week of school or whether to do it the 1st day but she wants me to talk to her when i get the chance and she told me to tell her if her hair looks nice cuz she dyed it and if i don't like it i don't want her 2 get pissed at me ucz she told me to be honest. I know she will probably get pissed cuz I'm pretty sure she wants to compliment her am i right or wrong here? Also should i wait or not?
