Wait until they go to get a cup of tea, then ask them nicely if they could get you one too. As soon as one walks out, tell the other to fetch you some paper/paper clips etc. and then wait until they exit also.

Then, barricade the doors with their desks. Done. You can get out through the windows.

Please note that this method should only be carried out if these two people really concern you as one of the possibilities: a) paedophile; b) rapist, c) murderer or d) terrorist.

I can tell you what makes me want to jump out of the window on a daily bases at work due to annoying co-workers:

1. Keep your mobile on ring, and have the most annoying ring tone you can think of.

* personally I would pick a really old beeping one that just goes on and on.

* Let it ring even though it's right next to you and wait for it to stop, then call the person back. And make your conversation loud enough to annoy those around you

2. To get their attention make snapping noises or pat your leg as if they were an animal.

3. Put a bin next to their desk and try throwing your trash in there and miss every time. Don't bother picking it up, just leave the trash around them.

4. If someone gets up to make tea or coffee, always ask them to make you a cup "since they are up anyways".

These will make sure your not fired as your not necessarily harassing or going against boundaries.

Not that I agree with any of these or would I necessarily do them myself. BUT I know what it's like to obviously want certain co-workers to go away (especially since they are guilty of the above mentioned suggestions).
