Okay.. Are break-outs caused from stress?

Because i'm on my time and i am breaking out really bad all over my face. And i usually have non (i'm 13)

Oh, and my hair is acting really weird, its all staticky for some reason. ((i dont know how to spell that)) It's never like that. Everytime I blow dry it now static makes it fly up and when i brush through it it does that. Is it from cleaning my hair to much because i've been doing that like more than usual and i hear it's not healthy to wash it so much..

Can you help with atleast one question?

  1. Yes acne can be from stress. It can also be caused by your period, your age (you are a teenager now and most teens get acne around the age of 13 onwards), if a pet dog licks you, or if you don't wash your face every day. Lots of causes.

If your hair is staticky, try changing your shampoo and be sure to use a conditioner. Before blowdrying, rub a small amount of pomade or styling gel into your wet hair. I find when my hair is staticky, it just means I need to switch shampoos.

  2. For the static, use a dryer sheet and run it over your hair. It works.

  3. I'm so depressed because I have zits on my face and people make fun of me for it. Idk what to do.

  4. Acne can be caused from stress. So try to relax and go to a local store to find a face treatment that can help you in the mean time.

And staticky hair, try one time not to blow dry it, and straighten it a little bit even if its already straight it will help and add alittle moose if you need to. How often do you wash your hair? More than once? If you are washing your hair more than one time a day I'd suggest that you use shampoo and conditioner once and the other times only use conditioner, if you are washing your hair once every day thats normal
