Ok so i want to start taking

NO Plasmacore, but it has these

warnings that say not to take

if i've had any medical condition,

one of those is a "cold-sore"

which i had one a few years ago,

i mean the clinic said it was

just a change of weather.

should i not take that nitric oxide?

theres another one called

NO Shotgun, but doesn't have the warnings

nor ingredients.

Next question.

I burn about 3500-4000 calories a work out.

i'm only eating at the most, 1200 calories a day.

im taking plenty of protein and creatin.

can this damage my health or body in any way?

what do you recommend?

i don't wanna get all buff and stuff.

i wanna stay at about my weight

of 150 but with more toned and defined

muscles and veins.

last month i gained 4 pounds!

so i stopped taking that supplement.

my coach said to try a nitric oxide supplement..

what should i be eating?

foods and calories?

I'm 21

5'9'

150 pounds.

THANKS!!!!
