  1. Bloated I'd associate more with gas rather than overeating or being full. I'm not sure if green tea is a remedy for this, but mint and ginger both relieve digestive problems. A few sites I've found suggest green tea also aids in digestion, here's a link to one of them.

  2. Being full means just having eaten enough to not be hungry, whereas being bloated is a result of eating too much. Being full is generally okay, but bloatedness means that you have over eaten. It's not a particularly comfortable feeling.

Green tea is a healthy tea because it contains antioxidants. Antioxidants are natural substances that bind and neutralize so-called "free radicals" that try to attack and break down the cells in the body. These attacks cause diseases such as heart diseases, cancer, diabetes and many others, and also cause physical aging. The antioxidants in green tea help the immune system stop these attacks on the cells.

Green tea contains a lot of antioxidants, but white tea contains up to three times more.

  3. Being full is when you've had a lot to eat.  Being bloated is when what you have eaten gives you gas, your stomach bloats out.  Green tea is good prevention for cancer and heart problems.

  4. OK here we go lets make this simple when your full you have eaten to much when your bloated it is an inflammation caused by some sort of food you might of had that didn't digest to well or if your a lady its your time of the month and its completely normal for that to happen below the belt line. green tea is an excellent source of antioxidant especially for women i suggest to drink it its re all good for gastrointestinal system :)
