2 seater car/turck? Bay Bridge Carpool?

Question

Can someone help me post all the 2 seater car/trucks that are out there.

I need a car to commute in across the bay bridge in CA with 2 people so i can get carpool. OR can i get a 3 seater truck but still do car pool with only 2 people in the truck.

Having lived in California, but not in the bay area, the rules are state wide.  A vehicle must have 2 or more passengers (driver and passenger) to legally drive in the carpool lane.  This applies to any vehicle that is not a commercial vehicle.  I do not know what the rules governing those are.

So you could own a 15 passenger van with two people in it to drive in the carpool lane.
