  1. You dont need another girl to tell you a blokes also travel with eyes open   travel light very light

beach wear  purchase when you get their  likewise shoes.make up stuff cheaper in airport shops after you have booked in  (Duty Free )  If you take just one holdall  you will have saved money this end and enjoy spending in the  new  to you local markets and shops Why not spend time tuned in to  QVC for all their make up beauty treatments and sun screens  advice  you have people with household names like LULU  Debbi Greenwood Liz Earl those who have been to these places more than once and used to travel.

travel in a sarong and T shirt you can get one between 20 30 quid  much lighter than jeans  and smarter and more use

  2. It's rather difficult without knowing where you are going, beach?,big city?, etc.

If it's city, I would suggest is try sticking to one or two colors so you can mix & match your clothes to make different outfits. Several pairs of shorts, skirts & short sleeved/tank tops.

If it's beach, bathing suits with complementing pareus, or sarongs make great to & from the beach outfits.

  3. Here are a few ideas on how to pack for a 7-day vacation

Each person should only pack what they need. Most children over the age of 4 should be able to easily carry or pull on rollers, their personal stuff from the car to the hotel room, cabin or tent in 1 trip from the car. If you can’t, then you’ve packed too much!

    1. Each person (kids over 4 included) gets their own toiletry bag. Don’t make mom responsible for everyone.

    2. Pack enough summer clothes for 3 days plus a pair of long pants and nice shirt. 3. While at the pool, do the laundry

    4. Toiletries - pack a tooth brush, tooth paste, comb or hair brush, soap etc for each person. Blow dryers etc... maybe.

    5. Pajamas: No girlie or tacky sleepwear - bring something that can substitute for a pair of shorts or a shirt just in case of a clothing disaster.

    6. Bring 2-pairs of shoes: walking shoes and sandals

    7. Bring a Windbreaker of some sort.

    8. Sweatshirts or Polar fleece jackets – If you are going to buy souvenirs, buy a sweatshirt or jacket. It’s a useful souvenir and the memory will last until it’s worn out or out grown.

    9. Pack the swimsuits and towels separately. You’ll probably want to use them as soon as you get to the destination.

  4. Okay, well, you are definately going to want tank tops, shorts, sandals, and athletic shoes. However, might want to bring along a sweatshirt and long pants in case it gets cold at night. Maybe bring a dressy set of clothes along in case you go out at night. If you are going to be outside a lot, I really wouldn't worry about hair and makeup very much, because 1) you will sweat your makeup off, and 2) your hair will probably get messy from the humidity and from your sweat. Just throw your hair in a bun or a braid during the day, and save a nice hairdo for going out in the evening. Make sure you have plenty of deodorant along because you will get very sweaty and warm from the heat (trust me on this one, lol). If you plan on purchasing a lot of things there, consider bringing older clothes or buying inexpensive ones so you can leave them there and bring new items back home. This is what I did when I traveled to Costa Rica, and it worked out really well. Have fun on your vacation!

  5. Not much time left so google packing list and print one out.

    Main things to remember:

    Insect repellent

    Dioralite

    Plasters

    Comfortable walking shoes

Section clothes into daywear/eveningwear/travelling on the plane clothes/nightwear/underwear/beachwear etc...

Write out a list of each day you are away and choose an outfit for each day.

Choose some daywear clothes that are suitable for touristing. You will need to cover your shoulders and head and take travel sized suncream for those days - touristing burns!!

Choose comfortable travel clothes and put a swimsuit in your bag ( in case your suitcase goes missing), also spare socks and knickers may be handy.

Choose plenty of beachwear - forget sarongs - you need cover-ups with long sleeves.

Put some fake tan on the day before you go - you arrive looking tanned and can cover-up rather than burn trying to get a tan.

    Have fun!!!
