i have 2 weeks before i have dance auditions.

i need to tone up my abs and sides and legs, and also increase my flexibility as well as possible since its been a while since ive really worked out.

any idea that will help any or all of these areas quickly?

i'm already somewhat in shape, i just need to tone and stretch

the dance types are hip hop/jazz/some ballet

  1. for the legs try side leg lifts and for the abs try crunches or move you abs side to side for flexibility try all different types of stretches hoped  i helped

  2. To improve the height of your kicks and the depth of your splits, work on stretching your hamstrings and the part where your leg attaches to your body, such as your lunges (i prefer the one with the tucked toe) and then rock back on your back leg after. Another stretch i like is when you spread your legs to second and reach down. Another is the "butterfly" but you stay in a flat back as you bend down.

To improve your abs, lie down on your back and then get everything but your legs in the crunch position. Keep your legs apart and slowly raise them up in the air and then back down, but don't let your legs touch the ground.

    Hope this helps! :)

  3. Stretch a little every day but dont overdo it, if you have access to pilates videos those work really well to tone and stretch
