i have 2 weeks before i have dance auditions.i need to tone up my abs and sides and legs, and also increase my flexibility as well as possible since its been a while since ive really worked out.any idea that will help any or all of these areas quickly?i'm already somewhat in shape, i just need to tone and stretchthe dance types are hip hop/jazz/some ballet
