so it's in two weeks, and i want to know what i can do to start traning for it. i have already been walking 1.5 miles a day for the past 2 weeks and for the past couples of days i've been running over a mile a day. so what can i do for the actually volleyball basics? i'm not tryout out for varsity, so i don't think i'll need to be too intense at it.but please don't say anything mean, be positive for my sake! lol! thank you so much!
