Question:

2 weeks to school. I need major advice!?

I'm 15. I'm going back to school in like 2 weeks. I want to lose like 5 to 10 lbs. without like starving myself or dieting. Any advice?

  1. Do alot of cardio workouts and try to cut back on high fat foods. The key for losing weight is to be consistent and never give up. Also try lifting weights.


  2. drink lots of water, it should fill you up quicker and eat smaller portions. Walk while you still have time...you will feel much better. (I need to take my OWN advice)  best of luck!

  3. well if you aren't going to eat healthy and continue stuffing your face u won't lose weight. To lose weight you have to eat healthy and exercise. I suggest joining the schools cross country team.
