My boyfriend and I have been together for almost two years this coming december (since we were sophomores and now we are seniors; we are both 17)

It's 4 months away, but I need to think of something early so that I can save up my money ahead of time.

what should i get him?

  1. You know what might be great?  A spa day for you two together.  A lot of spas/salons offer massage for two or pedicure for two type packages where you get to be next to each other while you are being pampered.  Or go the opposite way and get separate packages including things like massages, manicures, pedicures, and/or new haircuts etc and surprise each other with how great you both look when you're done.  Then go out somewhere fantastic to eat and talk and look fabulous together.  Maybe rent a limo to take you there if you wanna go nuts!

  2. My sister and her boyfriend are fixing to celebrate they're 1 year anniversary and she's planning him a scavenger hunt. Shes going to put sweet hints in places that are special to him and that lead him to the next destination. Then the last note will lead him to her where she will have his gift. I think that's sweet. And of course you could always get him something that he wants or interests him. Or go eat out at a favorite restaurant.

You could even make him a slideshow on the computer using pictures of you two throughout your relationship and put a sweet song in the background.

Just be creative. Those are the best kinds of gifts.

  3. Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.
