2 years before ,i was diagnosed with ovary cancer,?

2 years before ,i was diagnosed with ovary cancer, but after few weeks it gone...the doctor told me that time ....if the pain persist i need a surgery, but the pain nevr came back. but when i gets my periods i lost lot of blood..and also one of my friend said,she had cyst in her tubes and it got worse and they did surgery and she now nevr can have baby...i scraed now can anythinh happen like that to me?

I don’t know what your question is, but what I think you are saying doesn’t make a lot of sense. Short of a miracle ovarian cancer does not go away by itself. Having a cyst in a fallopian tube is rare and having it removed does not mean a woman can never have a baby. Even it did, it is nothing compared to ovarian cancer and it wouldn’t be my biggest concern.
