As I said before I decided to have my daughters 2nd birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. I have to RSVP because you pay for the amount of kids that you reserve. Even thou I put RSVP some times people will say they are coming and not come, then there are some that won't RSVP and still show up. Is it ok to let them know in the invite to make sure they come if they RSVP because I would have paid for it and not show up if you don't RSVP because your child isn't paid for? If it is ok how can I word it?

  1. Just put if you RSVP please be sure to show and if no RSVP is received you will assume that the guest is unable to attend.  and keep a list of the phone #s of your guests and check with them the day or so before so if plans change you have time to fill the slot

  2. What a total WASTE of money!!!!!!!!!!!

2 year olds know nothing about birthdays!!!

Invite the family over and get on with life!

  3. i would just write exactly what you said on here on the bottom of it i would say

    * If you do RSVP please make sure you will be able to come, as I am responsible to pay for each child to attend the party. The same goes for people who do not RSVP, as your child will not be paid for... thank you for understanding!!!
