2 yr old tantrums what to do?

how do you deal with a 2 yr old who wont co operate everything is no and he is starting to even throw himself on the foor when he`wont get his way help ?????

you have to keep calm. And you speak to him firmly and clearly with peaceful voice.

my son does the same thing what i sometimes do is i make sure he is in a safe place and i just let him have a temper tantrum. i know that is not much help that's what someone told me to do. if we are at a store are something i take him outside until he calms down.
