20/40 vision?

i have this vision and i dont have contacts or glasses does this affect playing sports like baseball and basketball a lot and i tried contact but i blink so much with them and watery eyes what can i do about that also.

i have 20/40 and wouldn't dare drive or do anything without my glasses! they're so important for me.

I would think having 20/40 vision might be a problem for sports with smaller balls which are moving fast and you need to spot them from quite a distance (such as baseball or lacrosse). Probably less of a problem with sports with big balls that are not coming at you from very far away and not going very fast (such as basket ball or volley ball).

They sell special sports glasses with elastic things that keep them from flying off during play.
