Ok... Here's The Thing.. I Was Arrested For 'Resisting/Obstructing An Officer Without Violence".... The Cop Lied On The Police Report... And I Should Have Never Been Arrested!!! Any Adviced At This Point To Help Clear My Name Would Be Greatly Appreciated!!!!!!!

Sounds like you might have run into a roided out cop with a god complex and of course a small p***s. I suggest you go to court and represent yourself to keep costs down.

Higher a lawyer. A well connected lawyer can get this dropped before even going to court. Although I doubt the cop lied. You were probably blackout drunk and wanted to play with his tazer.

20 years old is not that young for a 1st offender.  The cop may have lied (I'll put aside the obvious question of why he would perjure himself, risk his career and his freedom for you; resisting and OGA are normally misdemeanors - he could have lied and said you assaulted him, which would have amounted to a felony) but your saying so won't resolve the issue.  Maybe you shouldn't have been arrested - cases are dismissed in every criminal court in America.

What to do - if this is a 1st time arrest, and the cop didn't allege/perjure severe actions on your part, you're probably going to get offered a pretty good deal - maybe (what we in NYS call) a violation, an offense not amounting to a crime.  You'll do some community service, maybe pay a fine.  You could fight it out - but that would require you coming to court repeatedly.  The case may not be ready for trial within the time-limits set by Florida Law and your right to a "speedy trial" which would see the case dismissed and sealed; if the case does go trial, it's a toss-up, depending on how credible you and the officer are.  You could end up getting no time if convicted, but you'd still have a criminal conviction, and that's nothing to laugh about.
