  1. the **** you wanna lose twenty pounds for??? 138 is the perfect weight

  3. You probably can't do it

You will most like get very sick and will be miserable at the beach

  4. well i dont know what your asking???  im guessing your asking what we think of it but at the same time tell us not to tell you not to do it.

so the only thing i would say is i know how you feel.  that need to lose the pounds.  but honestly there is a better way to do it.  if you exercise and eat little meals throughout the day your body wont be starving and you will feel a h**l of a lot better this week.  not to mention you could really damage your organs doing that.  im sure you have heard that over and over and think its just something that wont happen to you.  it is very dangerous to starve yourself and when it does happen to you, you will wish that you had made better choices.

what you should do is make yourself little healthy meals so after working out you can just get into the frig and grab one.  drink a lot of water, run around the block.  dont punish your body, its the only one you have.

  5. Well, don't stop eating, for one thing. If you start fasting, then eat all of a sudden, every single thing you eat turns into fat, so you practically GAIN weight.

Eat normally. Make sure you have breakfast! Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day =]

The best thing to do is to exercise. Maybe go to the beach and play volleyball, or swim in the ocean, or run around! Exercise and eating healthily are the two keys to weight loss.

As for an exercise routine, do whatever you feel comfortable doing. If you want to run or jog, do it. If you want to swim, do it. If you just want to walk, then do it! (Biking is another great thing) =]

I hope this helped, good luck, and have fun!

  6. 10% of the 20lbs in one week is more realistic.  For a start, aim to lose not more than 1kg (2.2 lbs) per week.  Continue to maintain a healthy body weight after losing weight. Repeated weight loss and followed by weight gain is called the “yo-yo” effect or also known as weight cycling. This is usually the result of quick-fix diets and weight-loss gimmicks.

For your height, your ideal weight is between 13lbs and 137lbs.  You're well within range. Just need to reduce slightly that all.

    Good Luck!

  7. Im sorry its not smart, i did the same thing years go and i lost 10lbs and gained 20!

  8. cannot

  9. If you're going to do it, then do it. What's the point in your "question?" In fact, what is your question?

Starving yourself like that is only going to f*ck up your metabolism. As soon as you start eating again, everything will be converted to fat immediately. If you wanted to be thin for the beach, then you should have started months ago.

  10. um.. dont do it. can you say heart failure?

  11. im just gonna say this:

    you frickin dumb@$$

you're malnourishing yourself. it's the not the concept of losing weight im talking about, it's the fact that you're literally starving yourself to achieve a desired weight.

at least eat salads or take supplements. you're just gonna f**k up your metabolism and you won't be losing 7 pounds in 2 days anymore.

    exercise routine?: hibernate

and also, what was the point of this "question"?

  12. if you lose weight easily then why do you have to starve yourself and shut down your metabolism in the process so when you do eat again then you'll gain like 40 pounds in a snap??? Maybe you should think more about your health than your weight, because being skinny is not nessisarily being healthy. You'll probably lose all muscle anyway.

  13. you do relize that you need calories just to live right? no offense....but your really dumb
