for the baby to kick your organs at 20 weeks of pregnancy and feel it really hard??

I'm sitting at work and just felt this sort of kick right below my right boob..

Is it my baby or something else.. It scared me a little. Since my uterus should be bellow my belly button.. not under my boob..

HELP..

  1. I've been feeling movement/flutters since about 13 weeks (this is my first child), kicks and punches since about 16-17 weeks, and now I'm 20 weeks and the baby kicks and punches so hard my husband can feel it.  I can even see my stomach jump when he/she hits me sometimes.  I definitely feel like my internal organs are getting pushed around from time to time, so it's very possible.  Plus I thought I got kicked once under the ribs too.  Congratulations on the active baby!  My NP started asking me if I was feeling movements at 12 weeks, and my obstetritian didn't blink an eye when I said I was definitely feeling kicks at 18 weeks, so I'm sure it's normal for some people.
