20 weeks pregnant......?

I went to my church today and they were painting in the santuary. I didn't get close to the paint and when I did I tried to cover my mouth and nose. And I sat on the opposite side that they were on. But the longest I was in there was 10 minutes at the most. The rest of the time I went outside.. Could this cause any harm to my baby? The baby has moved around alot since then though.. Please help!

This will not cause any harm to the baby as it was such a short time. . If you are concerned about the movement try drinking a large glass of water and laying down on your left side. If you still dont think that the baby is moving enough then call the Dr to at least ease your mind.

and to answer your question, you're probably fine dear, just try to stay away from it as much as you can, and at your next appointment mention it to your OB

You're fine.  I helped paint the nursery, and my baby girl is happy and healthy in the womb.  The baby will not move continuously until around 27 weeks.

dont worry when i was in my first trimester my mum painted her entire house before i moved out and i helped her do it it didnt affect my baby only my ashma lol and im 23 weeks now
