20 years old, am i too young for lumineers?

I've had orthodontic work done for over 11 years, and braces for 4 of those 11 years, and well my orthodontist was an idiot, and my teeth are still crooked and ugly, and my bite is way off. I have a huge gap when i close down on my left side. i'm not exaggerating either. i went to another orthodontist, and he wants me to wear braces for another 9 months. My problem is that when i get straight teeth, my teeth are naturally a dull color. I come from a long line of bad teeth, so I would rather just get lumineers and have a bright white smile, instead of going through college with braces AGAIN, and ending up with yellowish teeth.

Am I too young?? what are the bad side of Lumineers?

i think you should talk to your dentist and see what he has to say .. you could always try invisaline .. my sister used them and her teeth are perfect and the crest white strips
