20 years old. 192 cm tall. when will i stop growing?!?

hey guys. as the title suggest im 6'3. now, when am i going to stop growing. i think im still growing. and i DONT want to go any taller. yes, i like being tall, BUT I WANT TO STOP. is it just me in my head? is there anyways to stop growing? LOL thankyou

There is no way to stop the growth other than a destructive diet.  And this would invoke more complications which would be worse than you growin more.

But at 20yo you are probably done growing.  Most guy stop growing around 18yo.

Lifting heavy weights will not stop your growth at your age.  This really only applies to younger kids usually under 14yo.  But lifting weights is a good idea for reasons totally unrelated to your question.

you can't stop till natures done but at twenty most people will have stopped so you could be lucky and stay at that

Nearly all males will have stopped growing by age 21. However, it depends on when you started puberty. If you were a late bloomer, you can expect to keep on growing for a few extra years. If you're very worried about it you can go to the doctor as there are a few syndromes which can cause unusual growth (i forget the names sorry).

there is one very effective way. do alot of weights. that way the body uses its resources to help you bulk up and develope muscles instead of growing taller. its why they advise younger teenagers not to do weights because it stunts your growth!

you aren't that tall. not as tall as some guys are that you just have to stop in the street and ask them how tall they are that are like 7'2". You'll stop growing when your like 25 probably

take your height at age 2 and double it. that's your likely full height. you might keep growing still but unlikely. i wouldn't complain if i were you. i'm 195cm and there are heaps of taller people than me around.
