200 Pounds 25 % body fat?

can i lose 10% of the body fat by september 10th!@

I plan on cardio 30 min per day and working out with weights 5 days a week

and eating 6 small meals per day

Can i do it with this plan??

I have 20 days!!

    You can lose maybe 5 lbs.

    Breakfast, 7:30 - Fiber One cereal, one serving, and a glass of skim milk.

    10:00 - A banana or an apple

    12:00 - a small sandwich or a salad

    2:30 - An orange

    6:00 - Dinner

    DO NOT EAT PAST 7:00

    For exercise do whatever  you want to tone whatever part of your body... I like crunches
