200$ budget. What to buy? DSLR equipment or PSP?

I was alloted a 200$ budget to buy anything I want.

I was choosing between:

a PSP worth 11,000 php or 210$ (I'll be the one who'le pay for the 10$)

or

my DSLR equipment; Tripod, Camera bag, and a if the budget is still possible, an external flash. total of 230$ if i won't buy an external flash, i'll be able to have a pocket money of 95%

I think the PSP is useless. Go for the camera gear...
