$200 range Camcorder

Question

I'm currently preparing to record a number of lecture style videos for the web and am also interested in a compact camcorder for travel video.

Resolution and quality are important. It needs to be sharp enough that the lectures look professional at 640X480.

Do I go with the top end Flip, or an Aiptek?

Or am i better off with a Sony Handycam DCR-HC28 or the Panasonic Palmcorder PV-GS85?

Other suggestions? Appreciate it!
