I have a 2000 Civic Ex 4-dr right-side back passenger seat belt cut cos kid got stuck and tangle up/ seat belt wouldnt release. Whr can I get it replace? Whr to buy parts? How much it costs?

Honda said its non warranty since i cut it- I should have let the kid strangled to death and drive 2 hrs from Tahoe mountain to get back to city and let Honda cut it.

Pls help.
