2000 Dodge Neon??

Question

Do you recommend I get a 2000 Dodge Neon?

It is only $6000. I need something reliable and in a low price range because I am a single mom with a 3 year old daughter, going to college. I think this car is cute looking and still gives me everything I need but in the price range I need. Do you think this will be a good car for me?

The only way I would take a Neon is if it were given to me for free.  Neons are junk.  Consumer reports has it as one the most unreliable problematic vehicles.  You can get a Corolla or a Sentra for that price.

Get yourself a toyota or honda.  avoid all the domestics.  from your friendly toyota salesperson :-).

not for that price, i don't recommend it,those are good cars but that one is 8 years old its not worth no where near that much i don't see why the price is so high on it but don't buy it for that price,no way its worth that much, you should be able to buy two of them for that much,good luck.,,PS i bought a 2002 model for 3500 and its in real good shape,think about this before you do it,
