The Grand Prix has about 117,000 miles on it. After driving for about 30 miles it starts to shift hard almost like jerking. Its been doing this for months, I took it to a dealer ship to get it checked out they said it was fine. I've had a tune ups and the water pump replaced. Now after driving it starts to wind up then starts shifting, but still after about 30 miles. The weird thing is if I cut my car off for about three minutes it and start it back up, it drives perfectly fine no winding no hard shifting. If anyone can give me any ideas what to do next to fix this problem please help.
