  1. That's a new one for me. Something is shorted out somewhere in your brake circuit.  If you have trailer wiring of any sort, that is probably the first place I'd look, from there the taillights.  If I'm not mistaken that vehicle's taillights brake lights and reverse lights are all in the same "strip" under the taillight cover, I've replaced a few of those on Montanas that were melted and the silhouette is probably almost identical, open the hatch take out the screws on the taillight (I think there are only two) give it a tug to pull it out and inspect the strip that all the wire plug into, if it's got a big melted spot, that is your problem.  Beyond that you probably need a mechanic as it starts to get much more technical.  Could be multifunction switch, or BCM, and although possible the traction light may not be tied in with the brake/blinker problem.
