2001 chevy s-10 a/c question

Question

have a 2001 chevy s-10 2.2 liter, where do i put the freon in at, it has a big connection by the round thing that holds the freon then it has a connection on the round thing then a small line with a green cap that says evoparative on it, can some one help and tell me where the low side is thanks

When looking at ur engine it will be on the left. Its on top of the dryer ( the silver thing) pointed towards the pass. side. The one right in front of it in the line is the high side.

i know exactly where you should put the freon, take it to a shop and pay someone to do it

Ok, start out at the compressor. trace the two lines that come out of it. The larger of the two is the low side. It should go back to a round cylinder shaped thing aclled the accumualtor. the low side port is on that or near it in the line, the high side port is in the line between the compressor and the condensor... that the grille looking thing in front of the radiator... Hope this helps.
