2001 yz80 spark arrestor?

ok first of all i kind of dont know what the spark arrestor is my thought was that it is the round peice that goes over the muffler where can i purchase one are do i have to buy a whole ne exhaust i also have a fmf fatty pipe so i need the extension to that

A spark arrester is a metal screen that stops sparks from coming out of your pipe. Unfortunately you'll have to buy a pipe with a spark arrestor built in, you can't legally mod a regular race pipe into one.

The exhaust system includes the pipe and the silencer. The silencer can be swapped for a spark arrestor silencer. Some pipes have the spark arrestor added to the tip of the existing silencer. This is the round thing *link 1* that I think your talking about. To my knowledge, they don't make those anymore. So you can buy one used, or better yet buy a whole new pipe with a spark arrestor built into it. Such as an FMF Turbine core. *link 2* (I think that's the one built in.)
